Second and thirth day.

Hello everybody! Yesterday we tried to post an update but we had some troubles with the computer. The day begun by following a course with an english teacher called Liam. After that the Catalan students came with us to visit Park Guël and the Museum of Delacroix and Goya. In the evening we went to a cafe and went shopping until 7.30, then everybody went home. The day before we visited the school and saw some strange things like a sport hall under the ground. We took the train to Barcelona and saw the Boqueria, The Cathedral and 'la placa Catalunia'. Today we'll visit the 'Paseig de Gracia' and the houses created by Gaudi and other great artist of the modernisme. We'll tell you more about this tomorrow because we have to go! Hasta la vista!

  1. Dear pupils
happy to hear things are going well. They seem to be going so well in fact, that you don't even take the time to work on your little blog-updates. No, I'm not referring to the technical problems - I'm talking about the spelling mistakes (in the title!) and tense-mistakes: past of to begin?! and the lack of content.
Let me remind you that I will be grading you on these texts. I don't think that 5 lines every other day in which you sum up your activities and fail to filter out spelling and other mistakes will suffice to grade all of you...
I'm sorry if this ruins your laid-back mornings at the pc but I do expect you to put in a little more effort! You are a big group, divide the work, post interesting information about things you have discovered and learned. I'm anxious to hear about your insights in Modernismo and possible parrallels with Art Nouveau or other styles that were popular in Belgium around the same time.
    kind regards
    your English teacher
